Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after working in all types of sales, starting out at McDonald's. She knows how to build relationships and listen and get clients what they want. She also knows that when you work with patients, it's about fulfillment, not dollars and cents.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Herte was recently promoted to the position of global product manager for Ossur Americas and prior to that held the position of senior area manager. She is finishing an MBA this fall, having completed it in just one year and three months, while working full-time. Ossur Americas provides non-invasive prosthetics and orthotics for people who are missing limbs, usually from vascular diabetes. She took this potion because her mom is diabetic and she understood the reasoning behind the products. In the long term, Ms. Herte intends to get into gaming and open a casino, giving back to the American Indian community.
