What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
She is a native of Mt. Shasta and has worked within the local real estate community for the past 32 years. She is familiar with the area and has a good feeling for what is needed in the community. Any area that does not invite growth, and provide the growing space, is bound to regress. She feels most qualified to reach like-minded buyers who are willing to make an investment in the future. As well, her affiliation with RE/MAX, LLC. has taken away the limitations of depending on a small area of the state to provide a qualified buyer pool. Overall, her business is conducted with the same care, knowledge, and enthusiasm through all types of real estate sales. Nothing is too small or too big for her!
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Top Agent for Listings and Sales, Siskiyou County (2009); Inductee, Intenational RE/MAX Hall of Fame; Selling Real Estate in the Cold Creek Subdivision; Working for the Department of Real Estate; Being Involved in the Kingston Village Property, Timberline Court Town House Project, Meadow Brook Estates and Upton Highland
How would you like to be remembered by your peers?:
She would like to be remembered by her peers as someone who is knowledgeable, helpful, honest, successful and easy to work with.
If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
World Peace. Antagonism and greed, and Religion, seem to be integral in international situations that are alway "churning". I believe that our economic problems throughout the world are one of the offshoots of all of this, as are many other difficulties we are having. It has never made sense to me why peoples are always fighting and hating eachother's dogmas. This is a big one to fix!
If you could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?:
Her father and mother, because she misses them.
Expanded Biography:
She belongs to the local multiple listing service which is a database for all real estate transactions that use a realtor (which are the majority of transactions). Using the information provided about each property, including listing prices, selling prices, square footage, amenities, etc. she is able to compare the customer's property to others, and determine an estimate of the fair market value that should be considered for sale of property. She takes pride in the fact that the price she recommends will not be "pulled out of the air," but will be fully researched.
