Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Caldwell has worked as a journalist for 25 years. She has served as a teacher of English, remedial reading and journalism. She also worked as a coordinator, department chairwoman, dean of students, counselor and administrator. She has also been featured internationally out of the 75 members to receive a 1,000 dollar award for an innovative educational project in 2004. She was featured among 30 members internationally at the leadership management seminar conducted by the Delta Kappa Gamma of the University of Illinois in 1984.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Organizing the Master Schedule for 2,100 Sixth and Eighth-Grade Students as well as Workshops for Parents, Creating Master Schedules and Development Work for English and English as a Second Language Programs, Writing Grants, Supervising the Counseling Staff, Overseeing the School Crisis Team and the Crisis Intervention Program
