Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession at the age of 20, when she was recruited by PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant; she wanted to be more hands-on and so transferred to Fujitsu in 1994. She then worked for Microsoft and saw that while everyone was concentrating on the technology, no one was looking at marketing; she saw a business opportunity.

Working with clients; Ensuring consultants meet weekly, monthly and yearly goals, as well as the achievement of company goals; Selling new ideas to prospective clients
Where Will You Be In 5 Years:
In five years, Ms. Baster would like to expand Inari Group into the United States market, and continue to look for emerging technologies and how to best utilize them in business processes.
