She became involved in her profession because she decided to establish her own styling company when she was working for Nordstrom in California.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Winn, at only 23 years old, has been the motivation to so many others with an the entrepreneurial spirit. Her love for fashion has helped catapult her business to be one of the most recognizable in the San Diego area. She shows her clients that fashion is not about how you look, but how you feel. She hopes to give something back and create a new understanding about fashion. She says working in retail opened her eyes to the emotional connection between fashion and women and men everywhere. While at Nordstrom, she met a client who needed a fashion consultant. While she was developing a larger clientèle, she wanted to extend her service beyond a local area.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervising the creation of a photographer’s vision for a fashion photo shoot, layout, commercials and print advertisement; Selecting and setting up appropriate fashion accessories and models to fit the theme of the shoot; Coordinating colors and styles; Ensuring that all clothes are ready for the shoot; Organizing fashion and runway shows; Consulting on fashion to assist in lifestyle or image improvement, fashion show styling, and/or photo shoot styling
