She has been in her current position as vice president since July 2010; previously, she was the director of the company with 12 years of experience at the headquarters in Walnut Creek, Calif. Throughout her entire career, Ms. Cain has worked as a generalist; she is best known for helping her company grow from 60 employees to 1,200 employees, which she did by recruiting team members with a zest for excellent customer service.
