Mr. Kasem has represented clients in a wide variety of industries including medicine, medical devices, security services, software and hardware technology, e-commerce, wholesale and distribution, real estate development and retail, even though his client base is in both Northern and Southern California he also represents clients’ interests nationally and internationally, especially in Africa and the Middle East. He worked in the commercial litigation department of an international law firm for five years before starting his private practice. He has also worked as an in-house counselor for small and middle-sized companies. He also involved in commercial litigation such as unfair competition, labor and employment, commercial transactions, intellectual property and environmental disputes.
