The highlight of her career was overseeing a 10-year project in South America with one of the business' largest companies. She developed a design process, facilitated a five-width competency program, improved efficiency production and launched products into the worldwide marketplace. She coached 30 on-site trainers that are now running the show in Columbia, South America.
