She attributes her success to her patience, persistence, dedication, and the fact that she doesn't give up. She is also extremely organized and is constantly working to learn more in order to improve her knowledge for teaching students and instructing adults.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession because her passion is in working with students. She had an unforgettable teacher in sixth-grade who inspired her to teach.
Extended Bio Profile:
Mrs. Stockton along with her business partner founded their company Creative Flair Educational Consultants, LLC in the summer of 2010. Since then it have instructed professional development workshops for teachers and administrators both regionally as well as nationally. She continues to present at both regional and national conferences speaking on various educational topics. When Mrs. Stockton is not consulting she works as the Gifted Education Specialist for the Cartwright School District. Since beginning this position in 2008, she has more than tripled the number of students identified as gifted, and implemented the school-wide Cluster Program at all 20 schools. Mrs. Stockton is experienced as a FOSS science consultant, a Language Acquisition Specialist, a Curriculum Specialist, and a Math Coach.

Designing effective professional developments and workshops that will best align with a school’s mission and vision in order to support their teachers with the development and implementation of differentiated strategies; Focusing on enhancing classroom instruction through interactive professional developments with a flair for fun using research based differentiated strategies and methodologies
