Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Ochoa was a part of the executive leadership team at Valle del Sol from 2003 to 2007. She started out as the vice president of prevention and family services, later being promoted as chief operating officer. She worked with a team of directors and developed Valle del Sol’s first annual outcome evaluation in 2005 and 2006, as well as the first agency-wide business plan in 2004. She also worked at Marc Center for 25 years. She started out as a life skills instructor in 1979 and was promoted to a variety of positions throughout her tenure and she was a guest speaker at Phoenix’s Planned Parenthood Conference in 2004.
