She became involved in her profession when, after working as a licensed practical nurse, she realized that the government of Ohio did not recognize licensed practical nurses and so worked as a nurse in two foundries in Ohio where she was later assigned as a workers’ compensation claims examiner.

Ms. Dale has three children. Her daughter Sarah works for Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. in Ohio and has three children Christopher, Lucas and Evelyn. Her second daughter Katie is working and is planning to attend college. Her son Alex will be attending eighth-grade in the fall. She also saved a foundry in Ohio three million dollars.
