Mr. Carter's worked in Magnavox as System Integrator. He also worked for Phillips and Sanyo for 15 years where he used to build televisions. He also worked with Mr. Bill Clinton to make Wal Mart buy Sanyo televisions. Then he worked for TRW developing airbags for cars such as Chrysler, Ford, GM, Honda and Toyota. He then worked in countries like Singapore, Mexico and United Technologies. He was the Vice President in Sanyo for North American operations.
