Ms. Willower has held progressively more responsible human resource leadership positions in a variety of organizations with the last four in a senior management role dealing with the full range of human resource issues. All of the human resource functions that she has led have been viewed as strategic business partners by the management teams with which she worked. Ms. Willower has worked in educational institutions, heavy manufacturing, chemical plants, mining and mineral processing and telecommunications. She has been involved in a joint venture start up, green field operations, shutting down operations, merging, consolidating and reorganizing operations.

She became involved in her profession after a professor at the Commmunity College she attended encouraged her to transfer to the New York School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell.

Ms. Willower is a senior level human resource executive with broad-based human resource generalist experience with emphasis in employee and labor relations. She participates as a strategic partner on the senior management team and demonstrates strong business acumen from strategic decision making through the daily administrative functions. Ms. Willower's excellent interpersonal and communication skills have contributed to her success with coaching and influencing behaviors at all levels of the organization.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
In her current role, Ms. Willower provides leadership and support to her HR team throughout four states. Responsibilities include strategic human resources planning, ensuring proactive employee relations and regional compliance with Division and Corporate policies and procedures, FCC and EEO Regulations, labor laws and labor agreements, compensation/benefits, talent management, change management and organizational development.
