He is most proud of the experience during the first semester of his senior year at West Point, when he balanced the duties, responsibilities, and demands of being a company executive officer of 140 cadets, being a leader on the Men's Army Volleyball Team, competing for and winning a graduate scholarship and acceptance into graduate school, and completing with honors a thesis for his undergraduate degree, in addition to the standard academic, physical and military requirements of USMA.

What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
He attributes his success to his parents, who instilled in him the vales of hard work, perseverance, and loyalty. The military and leadership roles held at the United States Military Academy further strengthened these values.
Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
He became involved in his profession through his lifelong desire to serve his country as so many brave and honorable Americans have done in the past. He believes that all Americans owe a degree of service to the country that gives them so much.

In five years, Mr. Minopoli intends to have earned a master's degree from King's College London and will be serving in the United States Army as an Armor officer, leading soldiers in peace and combat operations.
