Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Voldman-Anikina is a highly experienced learning and development specialist who has an extensive international background. She was an associate professor of pedagogy and psychology at the Samara Teacher Training University in Russia, where she also served as a lead chairperson. Her work has been published at the university level and in various Russian training manuals. Ms. Voldman-Anikina has also done a great deal of public speaking. She has worked in the field of learning and development since 1994.
