Founder and President of Cost Calculations, Inc., a Firm Specializing in Complete Cost Estimating, Construction Cost Control, Construction Management, Conceptual Cost Estimating, Insurance Replacement Cost Estimating, Construction Claims Investigation, and Project Planning, Scheduling and Controls. Mr. Manfredonia is also Principal of a Construction Management Firm (M2 Inc.=M Squared Inc.), Performing Cost Control, Estimations, and Change Order Analysis, etc. Mr. Manfredonia has Applied his Expertise for Major A/E Corporations, General Contractors and Developers in a Wide Variety of Projects, including Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and Specialty Projects. His Extensive Professional Experience Developed with Such Firms as Diesel Construction, Morris Park Contracting, Jeffery Brown, Inc., A.J. Contracting, York Hunter, Gazetten Contracting Inc., and Aark Construction Co. Inc. What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
I am willing to teach other young professionals my knowledge of estimating at college courses, seminars, etc. Why should I take my knowledge and experience with me to the grave? This is my way of giving something back to my peers, community and other individuals who would like to pursue a construction estimating career.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
My Certified Professional Estimator (C.P.E.) status. This status is not easy to obtain. There are tests to be taken and technical papers that have to be written to achieve this status and recognition.

In order to be successful in any business, you need to be a good instructor and not interrupt when someone is speaking or you will miss important information that you need to carry out your business. Also, when you are young, one tends to be on fire. When you get older, one mellows with age and experience. With these attributes, one will acquire their goals and become very successful in their business endeavors.
