Ms. Talerico's greatest career achievement is performing every job at the restaurant excluding the kitchen and returning to school for a degree in pastry and culinary arts management at the age of 50 so she could follow her first love of being in the kitchen.

The most gratifying aspect of her career is maintaining a successful business while raising five children.
