Ms. Elder is 80-years-old. She has a park named after her called Thereasea Clark Elders Park which is the second park named after a woman in Charlotte. Also she would like to
accomplish two things, the first she would like to hands on African American Museum in Charlotte North Carolina, and the second she would like to see a Womens Library for the state of North Carolina.
