Ms. Scribner's passion is to do the right thing for both her client and the candidate. It is her company's mission to develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates by offering the highest level of service in an ethical and honest manner. Ms. Scribner feels that the recruiting industry is often viewed negatively because of the occasional 'headhunter' that may not represent the professional standards of an industry as a whole. She would like to be a part of elevating the reputation of the industry while simultaneously building a firm.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Her greatest career achievement has been motivating and developing others to achieve their personal best. She truly enjoys coaching and mentoring her team to the next level. It is her passion to help people achieve goals they may not even have known that they are capable of. Her philosophy is the belief that if she surrounds herself with intelligent, motivated, driven people, she can help them achieve success while growing her own business. The fact that she can lead her team to excel by leveraging everyone's strengths while coaching through any weaknesses has been a great achievement for her.
