What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
I attribute my success to the mentoring of me by my parents, Emil and Edythe Eriksson, my husband, Scott Bailey and dear Christian friends, Dr. Sherburne and Mrs. Lillian Heath. I received fine instruction in Physical Therapist Assistant skills and medical ethics by my first instructor, Mr. Harden. I received encouragement from our daughter, Annie Bailey and our son and his wife, Sam and Annie Jo Bailey, our foster daughter, Heather Hauck and many dear friends, as well as Avon District 5391 Sales and Business Development Mgr. Jennifer Havengar. In music, I attribute my success to my parents, my flute teacher, Mrs. Jeanne Brown, our church choir director and organist, my band instructor, Mr. Ken Noreen, my organ teacher, and finally my piano teacher, Mrs. Phyllis Devine.
How Did They Get Involved In Profession:
For Physical Therapist Assistant work I was inspired by by Mother who had suffered a hip fracture and had to learn to walk again and my Father who helped start a school for severely handicapped children aged birth to 3 yrs. old. When I had to change careers because of relocation, I felt inspired to become an Avon Representative from having had a wonderful Avon lady in the past who not only provided great service but also took time to listen.
Extended Bio Profile:
On March 31, 2006 I had the joy of donating 10 inches of my hair to Locks of Love, an agency which helps provide real human hair wigs to kids 18 and under for young people who suffer from medical conditions causing thinning or loss of hair.
Our family had the privilege of having a 12-year-old foster child for most of one school year.
Music composition and arrangement for flute and piano.
