Published Book Entitled 'If Trees Could Talk and the World Was' is focused towards kindergarten through grandpa. Ruth is currently working on a second book entitled 'Inspiration Through the Years,' which she hopes to publish by the end of 2008.

Ms. Glass's greatest career achievement was working with JC Penney for so many years.

ruth says she has been writing her entire life, as early as high school where she was the editor of special features for her high school newspaper.

She is a former employee of JC Penney for 23years. she has 8 children, 4 sons & 4 daughters. Ruth has 38 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Awards/Honors:
her poem "i am the tree" earned her election in the international poetry hall of fame.
