What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
Mr. Zmolek has the ability to learn quickly and re-engineer existing equipment for better performances. His abilities are not just limited to printing equipment. He works on all types of machines including automatic screen washers, cutters, slitters, banding and jink machines, exposing units and a host of other types of machines. Mr. Zmolek also works on older printing machines, including the Sias and the Servasa, that have long since been out of business. Ms. Zmoleck's skills also expand to the fields of carpentry, plumbing and electricity. His ability to work as a highly qualified electrician, plumber, carpenter and machine repairmen are what separates him from his peers.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Mr. Zmolek's greatest career achievements were his redevelopment of ultraviolet systems and being able to diagnose the problem or re-engineer machines for his clients.

Mr. Zmolek operates Zmolek & Zmolek with his brother and they have plans to market their services nationally. He also appeared in Screen Printing Magazine. He has found that the most rewarding aspects of his job are helping his clients with purchasing decisions and that each day brings him new challenges.
Mr. Zmolek was told 10 years ago that all UV dryers would run hot and have medium output, an explanation which he refused to settle for. After 10 years of development, he is now able to double the output in some UV dryers. He has been able to bring a dyer with a 100mj output up to a 200mj output. If that same dryer has 800mw he can bring it up to 1600mw. In addition, dryers that run at 400 degrees fahrenheit can be brought down to 70 degrees fahrenheit. Before a consumer buys a new dryer, he encourages them to call him because he can make an old one run better than a brand new one. He has had manufacturers take apart his system and not be able to dissect his operating system or understand how or why it works. Mr. Zmolek's customers instruct service people not to touch any of his modifications because there are only two people in the world that know how it works!
