She refused to give up on her students. She know that, with God's help, she can encourage them not to give up on themselves either.

Many students have nominated her for recognitions such as Teacher of the Year and Who's Who Among America's Teachers, she feel that she must have made a positive impression on them.
How would you like to be remembered by your peers?:
She hope they think of her as being a positive role model for the young people. Hopefully, they will remember her smile, dedication to the students and concern for their future students.
If you could solve one problem in the world today, what would it be?:
Would eliminate violence on all levels, believe that people have to be taught to listen to each other and from that standpoint, it's okay to disagree agreeably.
If you could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why?:
She feel everyone is important. For this reason, she would be able to find "common ground" for conversation with whoever she would share her noonday meal with.

She attributes her success to God because he inspired her to have a genuine love for working with young people. "I care, therefore, I teach!"
How Did They Get Involved In Profession:
She became involved in this profession because of the values instilled in her and the pride she have for dedicating herself to giving her all to her mother, grandmother, aunts and countless other relatives. Through their example she learned the importance of patience, consideration, compassion and high expectations of students.
