She is responsible for world wide distribution which includes replenishment to approximately 170 retail stores, boutiques, warehouses and trade accounts. Ms. O’Rourke is a results driven, project focused leader with 15 years of experience in distribution operations management and customer service. She possesses broad based skill sets in a variety of areas including change management, budget development, hiring and training. Ms. O’Rourke joined Tiffany and Company in 1991 as a Customer Service Representative in the Direct Sales organization. She joined the Distribution Organization in 1993 where she participated in integrating several warehouse facilities into the existing Retail Service Center. She also played an integral role in the design of the Customer Fulfillment Center in Hanover, NJ as well as the Distribution Centers in Tokyo and London. Ms. O’Rourke was born and raised in New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Science from Caldwell College in Caldwell and her MBA at the same institution. In addition, she has participated in the Supply Chain and Logistics Institute at Georgia Institute of Technology. She currently lives in Denville, New Jersey.
