She became involved in her profession after she retired as a respiratory therapist.
Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Tarr has recently completed writing a book entitled 'Journey, the Many Faces of Cancer' focusing on people who are effected by or are survivors of cancer. She also speaks nationally about cancer as well as established a scholarship fund in 2006 memorializing her husband who passed away from cancer. She is currently working on her next publication. She is going on book signings and book tours nationally and internationally to promote her book.
