Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Taylor came from a family of 11 girls and one boy. Many of the things she learned, such as budgeting, saving, sharing and being a good friend, she learned from her parents. She came a long way in her life and triumphed over thrill and pain to become the person she is today.
She credits her success in life to Jesus Christ as her lord, king and best friend and would give her life if needed to be able to proclaim her beliefs. In the past, she attended Saint Anne Shrine everyday and would climb 64 steps to a 50 foot cross and pray at least twice a day. She was a broken, frail and ashamed person who weighed 97 pounds. One day, she heard God say to her 'Go home a write me a verse and come back and read it to me.' She tries with all her heart to follow God's will and believe he honors all of her desires.
Ms. Taylor is the author of My Personal Walk with Jesus and supports An Angel of Hope, which is a group for parents who have lost their children. Her sister, who lost her son when he was 34, is a member of this group and it has helped her immensely. One of Ms. Taylor's verses appears on the first pages of An Angel of Hope literature as well as being read during an Angel of Hope unveiling at Saint Anne's Shrine in Sturbridge. There is a long road ahead of her and she knows that God has promised her many things and that there is an incredible journey ahead of her.
One of the most memorable moments in her career was when she read her poetry at the state house before an attentive audience containing come congress and senate members. They were fascinated at how effective her poetry was and they each received a copy. Her poems focused mainly on the elderly and how poorly they were treated. She also had the priviledge of being shown around the state house.
