What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
My ability to understand and capitalize on my own strengths separates me from other professionals in the industry. I have the ability to bring those strengths to the table and achieve results for the customer's goals and needs, the department and the industry. I always keep the customer's needs paramount and am attentive to what needs to be done.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
My greatest career achievement is perseverance. In every job I have undertaken, I can say that it was the best I've done to date. I am always looking towards the next goal and never rest until the job is completed and satisfaction is attained. I have twenty-five years of experience in the automotive industry and became the first woman on Toyota's sales and operations upper management team. I oversee the service and parts departments and provide customer satisfaction and training for the Lexus division.
