Ms. Hagey's greatest career achievement was helping others to succeed by sharing the knowledge that she had acquired with others in her field.
Expanded Biography:
Ms. Hagey has a few words of wisdom that she lives by including: 'The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one' by Elbert Hubbard. She believes that if people don't make mistakes in life then they can never grow and advance in whatever they attempt to do. She also believes in the phrase 'Give to the world the best you have, and the best will come back to you' by Ella Wheeler Wilcox. Ms. Hagey feels that if people give 100% to what they are doing then they will succeed. Another quote she really believes in is 'When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till is seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn' by Harriet Beecher Stowe. Ms. Hagey believes that God intended every individual to succeed and that there are no limits to the possibilities one has in life. She teaches others that nothing is impossible if you set your mind to it and achieve your goals.

The most gratifying aspect of her career has been having the opportunity to utilize all aspects of her profession to be more versatile in her field.

She attributes her success to her motivation and drive to succeed at each task that is set before her.
How Did They Get Involved In Profession:
She became involved in her profession after attending a design and drafting college where she followed in the footsteps of her father. In addition, she had the opportunity to work in the engineering departments for Tennessee Eastman Chemical Company and Bechtel Engineering while continuing her college education.
