Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Allingham wanted to become a black belt instructor after attending her second tae kwon do class. After becoming a black belt, she instructed classes in four different languages. She cherished the experience of working with soldiers' families and their children. She also worked with many students from different areas that make up present-day Germany. She believes in the five tae kwon do tenets, which are courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. Ms. Allingham has been featured in many publications for her martial arts endeavors and her bauernmalerei designs.
