She continues to offer the best in original beauty treatment and wellness innovations at her wellness center, along with her team of experts. She is a business consultant for other beginning and journeyman nail technicians. She has conducted many seminars on nail care techniques and business strategies. She has conducted seminars at the Bronner Bros. Hair Show, the Proud Lady Beauty Show and many other venues. Her work has been displayed in reputable magazines, on stage, on album covers and on television. She has been honored by several style and cosmetology publications for her attention to detail and innovative brilliance. She has been kept in the spotlight all year round by a great number of high-profile cosmetic and wellness companies. She launched her own makeup line called ‘Bluffa Jo’ in November 2006 which are used and sold through M&M Nails and Wellness Center as well as selected retail locations. She displays her success with a combination of a flourishing company and an endless thirst for knowledge. Her work has been featured in various magazines and her business has quickly grown to a full service nail care and holistic wellness center with more than seven employees. She began pursuing her special interests in nail care and wellness techniques after leaving her job as a computer analyst in 1994. Her company recently expanded and offers the ultimate in full-service nail, skin and body care with a newly remodeled space which includes rooms for several more wellness services including shower and aromatherapy treatments. In addition, the center provides a peaceful and relaxing experience for every client with extras such as relaxing aromatherapy pillows for manicures and a choice of massage or zone therapy with skin care treatments. Her company, M&M Nails and Wellness Center is set to be a leading force within the nail and spa industries. She has been recognized among the Ten Most Influential Nail Care Artistry Leaders in North America by the Nails Magazine.
