She attributes her success to treating others as she would prefer to be treated and allowing others the right to make choices and teaching them to consider the consequences for each choice made.
How Did They Get Involved In Profession:
She became more deeply involved in her profession after working part time as relief staff for the mentally ill and was encouraged by her supervisor to apply for a full-time management position. Linda eventually advanced her education and became licensed in the mental health profession.
