Highlight of career?:
Seeing my first group of students complete High School and then move on to make a difference in the world. So long ago, but several of them still contact me to this day. What an honor!
Having the honor to go to the Option Institute, assist setting up a program and work with a very special child with autism for a couple of years in her home and in a school setting. I was so inspired by the experience; I versed a poem, painted a portrait and composed a song. It was a truly rich and stretching experience!<BR>
The next highlight would be seeing my first child sponsored and at last get a good home due to the charity efforts. There have been 56 children to this date and my hope is to reach thousands in the years to come!

What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
She attributes her success to her perseverance, courage and faith in God.
How Did They Get Involved In Profession:
As a small child I loved helping others, encouraging them and teaching them new things. My hands were always busy doodling and taking in the beauty of nature around me. My mother being a writer, musician and artist inspired and encouraged me at a young age. My dad's childhood "mystery spy" drawings & writing, upon the basement walls of my great grandma’s home also played a big part in my creative thought, my attention to art and to writing. Greatly influenced by the kind hearts of my grandmothers as well as, my grandfather's inventive, “make anything work mind set”, I was bound to find success in the fields of education, problem-solving and art.
Extended Bio Profile:
Until the day I die, I will continually work to build a way to bring healing to children and families in a hurting world through the use of the creative arts. To find a way to reach out a touch the lives of children in orphanages and areas throughout the world where "at-risk" children live... to see them at last, have a glimmer of hope, and see it fill their eyes, as they experience, perhaps, even for the first time, what it is like express one's own feelings with paint, sound or dance...to express, to feel and to be heard at last, but to never more be in silence!<BR>
