Ms. Seikaly has extensive experience in school improvement planning, web-based professional development and data tools, school-based administration, leadership training and she offers technical assistance to the school. She is the project director for the school improvement. She has been a technical assistance provider for several Councils and Chief State School Officers and previously directed the department of instructional and information technology for the Montgomery County Public Schools as a middle school principal. She has been a coordinator of the computer, mathematics and science magnet program, media specialist, and an English resource teacher.
