What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
Ms. Waffle feels that her passion to support students and teachers so everyone succeeds is what separates her from her peers.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Ms. Waffle's greatest achievements were being named outstanding elementary social studies teacher of the year in 2000, receiving a fellowship to Colonial Williamsburg in 2001, and being named principal of the year in the district in her third year as principal. She also received an award from the county office of education for work done by the school. It was her idea for the school to participate.
