Ms. Krey would like to emphasize that Waubonsee Community College was from the very beginning a college inspired by and voted for by the citizens of the area, who named the college and designed the flag and motto. While the school started with only a few basic courses and a nursing program, it has since expanded immensely and just celebrated its 40th anniversary. She also reviews biology textbooks for The McGraw-Hill Companies and offers private tutoring services.
