What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Ms. Madison's greatest career achievements are:<br>

1. Completing her first DVD and trade marking the name “The Etiquette Revolution”. The DVD: “The Secrets of Successful Employment” gives her a great deal of satisfaction as she devoted her efforts to researching important information to help others succeed personally and professionally. Feedback from clients indicates that it is indeed working! She looks forward to soon releasing a series of DVDs that will provide additional help in areas of business dining and business excellence.<br>

2. Being recognized as an “authentic” individual who practices what she teaches! Kindness and communication. This has afforded many rewards including writing two columns on business etiquette for the Philadelphia Business Journal: Philadelphia Life Magazine and The Business World Times Newspaper.<br>

She have also been given the honor of being the “etiquette advisor” to the Michael Smerconish, Esq. radio program in Philadelphia and serving the media as an expert resource for print, TV and radio.
Expanded Biography:
I have a huge dream!! I would like to be the “go to” person, in the USA and internationally, for etiquette information. I would like to turn that experience into a philanthropic entity to help people everywhere with a focus on children, teens and young adults. I enjoy demonstrating leadership through involvement in various Boards of Directors in my community including: The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, The Jenkintown Day Nursery, Leadership Montgomery County, The Business Advisory Council for Abington Memorial Hospital as well as the fundraising Board for The Visiting Nurses Association: “Caring for Kids” Campaign.<br>

What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
She attributes her success to her passion and love of what she does. Her dedication and 24/7 passion for including motivational information as well as research on human behavior and how it can be combined with a knowledge of etiquette principles to improve one’s quality of life has kept her successful. All of her presentations include compassion and humor as she knows that people remember information they learn while laughing and having fun!

She became involved in her profession because her parents instilled the value of etiquette in her.

To develop and present current, motivational and educational programs for corporations and educational institutions on business etiquette, business dining, international protocol and international dining. Her passion is inspiring others to build and strengthen relationships for personal and professional success.
