As Chief Operating Officer, Don is responsible for overseeing and addressing the day to day functions of each of our divisions. He comes to NYLS with over 30 years experience in Manhattan Real Estate which includes rentals, sales, development marketing and research. During this expansive time, he has performed the duties of Agent, Manager, Executive Vice President and Owner of various companies. Born and raised in New York, Don has an extensive knowledge of all areas of the city. With this and his personal relationships with many of the city’s major landlords and developers, he assists in bringing to NYLS an exceptional inventory for its clients. Don is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and a licensed Real Estate Broker in both New York and New Jersey. Don enjoys relaxing at he homes in Staten Island, N.Y. and Hollywood, Fl. with his family.
