The highlight of his career was taking the Joseph Case High School 'Cardinals' marching band to the USSBA all states championships in November 2006 and watching them receiving the third place.

Mr. Marshall is a director of the ‘Blue Raider Marching Band’, ‘Symphonic Wind Ensemble’, ‘Concert Band’ and ‘Jazz Band’ and also was a director of music in ‘Swansea Public School System’ at Swansea, MA and director in ‘Joseph Case High School Cardinals Marching Band’, ‘Concert Band’, ‘Jazz Band’, chorus and show choir. He has received group and individual awards for festivals and competitions at MA, New York City, Washington D.C. and Allentown, PA, he has also completed his student teaching in the ‘Somerset Public School System’ under the direction of Dr. Robert Perry in 1998.
