What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
Ms. Campisi helped create a new understanding of how to be successful in the collections industry. Her motto to her employees is that you shouldn't be mean to those to people from whom you are collecting. She has 'advisors' not 'collectors' working for her. Her company is customer service driven not only for her clients but also for the person in debt. Her software makes it easier for our advisors to ascertain the person's ability to make a payment.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Ms. Campisi's greatest career achievement is showing the industry that one needs to be a person first and a collector second to be successful in the collections industry. The industry now wants to start a franchise using her philosophy and software packages to help collections entrepreneurs.
Expanded Biography:
In March 2007 INSIDEARM.com released an article outlining our diversification in the industry.We adapted a sales approach to collections and have stellar results because of it.
In July 2007 INSIDEARM.com announced our second company. ICEware Inc.ICeware is a software that allows business to collect debt seamlessly. It fully integrates with any dialer/clearing house/skip tracing entity/letter vendor and any other service you need. It has taken advisors less than 1 hour to learn the system.
August 2007 HIA did an article on ICEware Inc and its revolutionary capabilities.
Highlight of career?:
The most gratifying aspects of her career are having her own practice and being able to help all her clients with collections.

She became involved in her career when she began in the Suffolk Bureau, where she learned about collections.
Extended Bio Profile:
She released a CD called 'Daria Martine,' for which she wrote and produced all the music. Under Ms. Campisi's supervision her former employer was given the Firm of the Year award twice and inducted into the Million Dollar Club by the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. The Small Business Administration will be funding her company by purchasing debt, the first company in the industry to receive such support because the Small Business Administration liked Ms. Campisi's business plan.<br>

Ms. Campisi's brother Marc is the driving force in her life when she is feeling low. He has helped her grow in her position and helped her throughout her life. We have always been close and she feels blessed to have her brother grow with her every day.
