Ms. Farnsworth greatest career achievements are helping newborns in their lives by making them feel comfortable with the transition and helping nurses who are new to the specialty achieve a comfort level where they are fully able to provide exceptional care to new families. She is successful at helping new families to become whole. Ms. Farnsworth feels it is important for new moms, dads, and babies to become comfortable with each other and with themselves.
