Ms. Rowe believes that teachers have a great influence over students. She established four campuses for the academy as well as district and transportation offices in Kingman. She wrote the charter for Kingman Academy of Learning and founded the school in 1995. She oversees 165 staff and 1500 students. She received various honors and awards throughout her 50 years of career in education. She worked as a consultant for two years. She is planning on opening a fourth branch for the academy.
