What do you feel separates you from the rest of the professionals in your industry?:
I believe that what seperates me is my commitment to pro-activity on each and every loan, in order to create a smooth flow for the client and I believe in teamwork. I am not an island.
I also believe in filling the niche in the marketplace and am constantly learning new paths to be able to help my clients accomplish their needs.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
My greatest career achievement came from managing a pipeline of $70,000,000 to $100,000,000 for almost 3 years.
How would you like to be remembered by your peers?:
I have heard my past clients refer to me as "The Legendary Beth Baker". I know it was becuase they KNEW they could count on me, no matter what, to get the job done.

Expanded Biography:
I would like to also personally thank my father, Dr. George Frank, PhD and my mother Dolly Ann Finkelstein for always being there for me. I would not have been able to get to where I am today, without their love and support. I also want to thank Jennifer Scott, who believed in me, during my transition from wholesale to retail. Thank-you Jenn. And thanks to my wonderful broker Roger Cummings. They are both constantly helping me carve out new directions to better serve my clients in an ever changing market place. Thank-you to my sister Judi Frank for her ongoing support over the last 30 years!
Last but not least my eternal love and gratitude to my fiancee, Billy, for without him I would not be here, and my three children, who always inspired me to KEEP GOING, thru the adversities in life that I have personally encountered and endured.

Highlight of career?:
There have been many, but the two that stand out the most in my mind were the first tri-state commercial real estate exchange that Norma and I closed in 1978 (being new to the buisness and very few women in banking), this was a HUGE accomplishment for me; second highlight was in 1992, working until the wee hours of the morning, with literally hundreds of files lined up and down the hallway, brokers coming and going (even in the middle of the night) helping the underwriter plow thru this huge volume, that lasted almost 2 1/2 years.

What Does He/She Attribute Success To:
Consistantly being pro-active, driving the train, guiding the team of players for on time closings of their transactions, even in the face of natural disasters, hurricanes, fires and 9/11.
How Did They Get Involved In Profession:
I was actually in cosmetology school in 1976 when I met a real estate agent who helped me purchase my second home ever, After which she said to me, "You don't belong in hair, you belong in Real Estate!". Thank-you Norma Frye.
