Extended Bio Profile:
She attributes her success to always associating herself with positive people, learning from others what a capable and outstanding teacher is supposed to look like, emulating those that she inspired by and remaining a sponge for learning. She became involved in her profession because her aunt was a professor at Central Washington University, so she was around the idea of teaching throughout her childhood. The most gratifying aspect of her career is when her students return with their children and request her as their teacher. Ms. Quigley plans to retire within a few years, however, she plans to remain in the field of education through tutoring, consulting and volunteering. Ms. Quigley has a son Michael, Daughter-in-Law Heather, and two Granddaughters, Caroline Grace and Lauren Elizabeth.
