What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
We are recognized as the necessary line of comunication between parents with students of a bilingual background and their Child Study Team. Our professional consultants are well trained and educated to make it possible for these parents to understand the process of special educatio. For this reason, we have been sucecsful in solving bilingual educational conflicts.
Expanded Biography:
Mr. Francois' Agency serves the bilingual needs of the public schools, a multi-languages organization formed of bilingual psychologists, learning consultants, social workers, and speech therapists providing bilingual evaluations to the department of special services in the State of New Jersey. The Andre J. Francois Scholarship Fund provides scholarship fund to Union Institute and University for continuing research on the issues of child abuse.

The highlight of his career was working with children at risk for behavioral disabilities, risk for learning disabilities and children who were abused.

Mr. Francois became involved in his profession because his father was a school principal and his early exposure to education had helped him to discover that there were some children in schools that could not grasp any educational system due to their behavior.
