I have always been a creative cook and I opened a small business called Roasters and Toasters where we roasted coffee and did all of our own baking of which cream cheese filled bagel products were sold.

In 1986 Johnson Wax purchased the Bugs Burger Bug Killers. in 1990 I went from Bugs to Bagels when my persistance paid off when I invented and patented the worlds first and only cream cheese filled bagel, something that bagel makers said was impossible because they had tried and failed.
