Mr. Harth was the first Eagle Scout in his boy scout troop. Both of his sons are also Eagle Scouts. He was also the president of his freshman and senior class in high school. He started his remodeling company and built it into a multi-million dollar business after retiring in 1996. He has over 50 years of experience. He also served in United States Marine Corps and he is also a public speaker.
