Ms. Keenan's dedication to giving the best possible care to veterans from every war, in addition to working with cancer and Aids patients are what separates her from her peers.
What has been the most outstanding thing you have done thus far in your career?:
Ms. Keenan's greatest career achievement was being one of the first nurses in the San Francisco area to care for Aids patients by providing them quality hospice care and allowing many men and women to die with dignity.
Highlight of career?:
The highlight of her career was her involvement with HIV care during the 1980's.

Extended Bio Profile:
Ms. Keenan divorced after being in a 30 year marriage, which was the beginning of a wonderful spiritual path. Her independence blossomed and she became more appreciative of her life. Ms. Keenan enjoys her children and grandchildren and is currently looking forward to being a great-grandmother in the fall.
