Cambridge Who's Who Publishing, Inc. is the merged entity of Empire Executive and Professional Registry, Inc. and Manchester Who's Who Registries, Inc., both of which were publishers of who's who executive and professional biographies. Unlike traditional who's who registry publishing companies, Empire and Manchester provided innovative networking services for their members, in addition to featuring them in an annual print publication. In particular, Empire specialized in providing innovative online networking products and services while Manchester focused its efforts on creating a robust registry and easily searchable CD-ROM.

In July 2006, Empire and Manchester achieved critical mass and it became clear that both sets of members would benefit from a merger between the two companies. The focus of the merger would be to add value by providing members with access to more than 400,000 potential networking contacts, enhancing the online networking, exposure and information resources, and improving the utility of the annual print registries. With those goals in mind, Cambridge Who's Who among Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs was formed and a new management team was recruited to lead the organization to become the premier global networking resource for executives, professionals and entrepreneurs.

Then, in July 2007, Cambridge Who's Who completed its acquisition of Metropolitan Who's Who, another Long Island-based who's who registry publishing company. This acquisition proved beneficial, as Metropolitan's expertise in providing who's who public relations services expanded Cambridge Who's Who's core competency.

Over the last several years, Cambridge Who's Who has developed from three entrepreneurial start-ups to a unified, organized institution with a stellar executive team. Cambridge is now led by CEO Mitchel Robbins, an executive with more than 25 years of senior management experience and CFO Brian Wasserman, CPA, a financial professional with more than 20 years of accounting, entrepreneurial and management experience.
